Meet Jeremy.

“I believe with a regular practice, we can better understand ourselves, tune into our bodies, and improve our mobility and mental clarity throughout our everyday lives.”

I turned to the practice of yoga in 2013 as a means to relieve tightness and pain from old injuries and repetitive motion in my daily life. What started as a physical outlet quickly grew into a love for the mental and spiritual elements of yoga.

I’m a certified E-RYT 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher. My training provided a strong foundation in alignment, traditional teachings, and yoga philosophy. Over the past five years of teaching, practicing, and learning, I’ve developed a style blending curiosity, exploration, and playfulness, while honoring the rich history and roots of yoga.

My mission is to make yoga accessible to everyone, no matter their level. I focus on helping students build strength, improve mobility, and deepen the connection between their mind and body. In my classes, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore what works best for your unique needs and make new discoveries on your yoga journey. Whether you join me for group classes, private sessions, or workshops, I’m here to guide you with sensitivity, inclusivity, and a passion for helping you grow stronger, more mindful, and more connected.

Let’s flow together!
